How do i get paid?
We partnered with Stripe to get you paid quickly and directly after the sale.
How do I post music?
It’s very simple to add your music to our marketplace. We have posted a how to video on our website. It will take less than 3 minutes to post a song. The music player does NOT show on the upload page but rest assured it will show up on your product page. Have your files and a photo ready to upload and its a breeze! CLICK HERE for help!
Why doesn't my full song play?
We intentionally have all songs play only 35% of the full version. Why you ask? Number one more people will buy it! If they had access to the full version they would just come here and listen! Number two, to protect your music. We don’t anyone to be able to steal your full song.
Is there a membership fee?
For the first 500 artists who sign up there is no fee to start but we will be charging a $19.99 fee per year in the future.
Do I need a stripe account to sell my songs?
yes, we currently only offer stripe as a payment partner. They are trusted in over 200 countries!
how do i register?
We made it as easy as possible! There is a setup wizard that will speed you through the setup! It takes roughly 5 minutes to complete! Make sure you have access to the email address you enter when registering to get your one time registration code! Don’t see it? No problem, check your spam folder!
Why choose Jam45 over my own website?
On the cheap side your own website would cost you $100 a year plus design fees and upkeep fees, modules to buy, domain name, etc. Here we do it all for you! Hassle free and you have the advantage of the Jam45 customer base!
Where is the download I just bought?
Click on the my account page and there is a link titled dowloads. click on it and your file should be there for you to download!
