Delete your Jam45 account
To request deletion, sign in to Jam45 using the account you want removed, return to this page, confirm the deletion request, and submit it. Jam45 uses sign-in to verify that the request belongs to the account holder.
When the request is processed, Jam45 deletes or anonymizes account profile information and associated service data that is no longer needed to provide the service.
Purchase and order records, payment or payout records, tax and accounting records, refund or chargeback records, fraud-prevention and security records, catalog-ownership records, and other records required for legal obligations may be retained when necessary.
Jam45 does not apply an additional blanket retention period to deleted accounts. Records that must be retained are kept only for the period required by applicable law, tax or accounting duties, payment dispute or chargeback windows, fraud-prevention or security needs, or other legal obligations, and are deleted or anonymized when no longer required.
