40 Wise started as Code507 in 1998. the band's original music was based in rock with a punk twist on certain songs such as maybe right now. The name was changed in 2020 echoing their age and being 'Wiser". Mike and Chaoz wrote all the songs together with mike doing most of the lyrics besides "into the Blue" which was all Chaoz. Chaoz helped mix and produce the album. While Mike usually brought the initial song ideas into the fold.
