1. 范围

本政策适用于Jam45通过网站和市场处理的信息。第三方服务——包括支付处理商、银行、托管服务提供商、分析服务、社交网络和关联网站——可能会根据其自身的隐私政策处理信息。

2. 我们收集的信息

你提供的信息

• 账户信息： 姓名、显示名称、用户名、电子邮件地址、密码凭据存储在受保护表单中、角色和账户偏好。
• 艺术家及个人资料信息： 艺术家或商店名称、简介、个人资料字段、网站及社交链接、头像、封面图片、选择提供的地点以及公开个人资料信息。
• 发行、周边及内容信息： 音频文件、受保护预览、艺术作品、商品照片和描述、库存、商品选项、视频、制作人员名单、类型、类别、价格、运输设置、元数据及其他上传材料。
• 订单和交易信息： 已购买产品、价格、折扣、税费、订单状态、下载权限、账单详情、实体订单的发货名称和地址、承运商及追踪信息、退款和争议记录及相关沟通。
• 艺人付款及验证信息： 支付状态和标识符，以及支付提供商要求时提供身份、企业、税务、银行或验证信息。敏感的支付和身份信息可能由支付提供商直接收集，而非由Jam45存储。
• 传播： 联系我们，提交作品、艺术家支持对话、管理信息、报告、反馈和电子邮件。

信息自动收集

• IP地址、设备和浏览器类型、操作系统、根据网络信息推算的大致位置、引用页面、时间戳、浏览页面、点击次数、错误和诊断日志;
• 通过Cookie及类似技术收集的会话、认证、购物车、偏好、安全和分析信息;
• 用于保护账户、支付、文件和服务的安全信号、欺诈、滥用、机器人和安全信号。

来自他人的信息

我们可能会接收来自艺术家、买家、支付和身份服务提供者、防欺诈服务、您选择连接的社交或登录服务、分析提供商、公共渠道以及提交报告或权利投诉的人士的信息。

3. 我们如何使用信息

我们利用信息：

• 创建、认证、保护并维护听众和艺术家账户;
• operate artist profiles, release and merchandise listings, protected previews, carts, checkout, physical-order fulfillment and tracking, order history, downloads, favorites, follows, messaging, and customer support;
• process payments, commissions, payouts, refunds, disputes, chargebacks, taxes, accounting, and transaction records;
• verify artists or account holders and prevent fraud, abuse, infringement, unauthorized access, and security incidents;
• personalize and improve the service, diagnose technical issues, measure performance, and understand how features are used;
• send transactional, account, security, support, order, payout, policy, and administrative communications;
• send marketing communications where permitted, subject to your ability to unsubscribe;
• enforce our Terms and Conditions, protect users and rights holders, and comply with legal obligations.

4. How information is disclosed

We may disclose information in the following circumstances:

• Artists and buyers: information reasonably needed to complete a transaction, provide a receipt or support request, handle a dispute, identify the artist associated with an item, or let the selling artist fulfill a physical merchandise order. For a physical order, this can include the buyer's shipping name and address, email address, purchased items and options, and order status. We do not disclose full payment-card numbers to artists.
• Service providers: companies that provide hosting, content delivery, email, customer support, analytics, security, bot prevention, database, storage, payment, payout, identity verification, tax, accounting, and technical services.
• Payment and financial partners: Stripe and related banks, payment networks, fraud providers, and payout partners as needed to process payments, verify artists, deliver payouts, prevent fraud, and meet regulatory obligations.
• Legal, safety, and rights protection: when we reasonably believe disclosure is required by law, legal process, court order, government request, payment rules, or to protect users, artists, the public, rights holders, or the service.
• Business changes: in connection with a merger, financing, acquisition, reorganization, sale of assets, or similar transaction, subject to appropriate safeguards.
• With your direction or consent: when you ask us to share information or connect a third-party service.

We do not knowingly sell personal information in exchange for money. Some analytics or advertising technologies may be treated as a “sale,” “sharing,” or targeted advertising under certain privacy laws. Where those laws apply, we will provide legally required notices and choices.

5. Cookies, analytics, Turnstile, and similar technologies

We use cookies and similar technologies to keep users signed in, remember preferences, maintain carts, provide downloads, secure forms, measure traffic, troubleshoot, and improve the service. You can control many cookies through your browser, but blocking essential cookies may prevent login, checkout, downloads, or other features from working.

Jam45 uses Cloudflare Turnstile or similar security technology on certain forms to distinguish legitimate users from automated abuse. These tools may process browser, network, device, challenge, country, hostname, and IP-related signals for security and fraud prevention.

Payment forms and artist payout onboarding may be provided by Stripe. Stripe may independently collect transaction, payment-method, identity, bank, device, fraud, and verification information under its own privacy policy.

6. Your choices and privacy rights

Account and communications

You may update many account and profile details through your dashboard. Marketing emails will include an unsubscribe method where required. You may still receive service, transaction, security, support, and legal notices.

Access, correction, deletion, and portability

Depending on your location and applicable law, you may have rights to request access to, correction of, deletion of, or a portable copy of certain personal information; to object to or restrict certain processing; to opt out of certain sales, sharing, or targeted advertising; or to appeal a denied request.

Submit a request to support@jam45.com. We may need to verify your identity and authority before acting. We may retain information when permitted or required for orders, downloads, financial records, taxes, fraud prevention, security, legal claims, rights disputes, and compliance. We will not unlawfully discriminate against you for exercising a privacy right.

Authorized agents and appeals

Where applicable law allows an authorized agent to submit a request, we may require proof of authorization and identity verification. If local law provides an appeal right, you may appeal a decision by replying to our response or contacting the support address above.

7. Retention and security

We retain information for as long as reasonably necessary to provide the service, maintain purchase and download records, pay artists, meet tax and accounting obligations, resolve disputes, enforce agreements, prevent fraud, protect rights, and comply with law. Retention periods vary by data type, account status, transaction history, and legal requirements.

We use reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards designed to protect information. No website, transmission, storage system, or security measure is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security. Use a unique password, protect your devices, and notify us promptly of suspected account compromise.

8. Children

The service is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information online from children under 13 without legally required parental consent. If you believe a child under 13 has provided personal information, contact support@jam45.com.

9. International users

Jam45 is operated from the United States. If you access the service from another country, information may be transferred to, stored in, and processed in the United States and other locations where our service providers operate. Where required, we will use appropriate safeguards for international transfers.

10. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy to reflect changes in the service, technology, law, or business practices. The updated date will appear at the top. Material changes may also be communicated through the website, dashboard, or email.
